HEALING RAWFOOD RAINBOW
Hello dear tribe,
We wholeheartedly invite you to our next Healing- Rawfood-Rainbow and
other activities taking place in Southern Spain. Tell all your friends
and family to come and spend with us two weeks in harmony with nature in
loving companionship.

_*Welcome to the Rawfood-Rainbow in Spain 21.03.-06.04.2008
*_The idea of this Rainbow is to eat the fruits, herbs, flowers, seeds,
nuts and roots just as mother earth gives them to us - thus without
changing them
by cooking... together with our sisters and brothers in the spirit of
love... We´ll set up our tents on a nice place in the mountains with
drinkable water (it's in a concrete channel, but it comes from the
mountains). There are some small and big caves; if you want, you can sleep
therein. Children are welcome. Please don´t bring dogs!
*Nutrition*: Selfcollected wild fruits and herbs and bought fruits,
vegetables, seeds and nuts from biological agriculture. If desired, we'll
prepair salads. From a biological farm close by we´ll get almost all
fruits and vegetables. Please don´t go into private plantations! Please
don´t bring bread, cookies, cooked food, cooking dishes, tobacco, alcohol
and drugs!! Those who don´t want to renounce these things, should please
look
for another Gathering. If you want to eat something like dried seaweeds,
please bring it. I don´t eat such things, the earth gives us with the wild
plants all we need. Only a little bit of clay or healing earth seems to be
good to me. We have here some clay from a cave; I like to use it
for eating. Good for the healing (detoxification) would be to
fast
(drinking water only) before the Gathering (fasting-walking-tour see
below). If
wanted, we can build a fasting group during the Gathering. If you stay
on rawfood after the Gathering, almost all sicknesses will
go away after a few weeks, this is our experience. We invite everybody to
try this.

*Weather*: Nearly like june in Germany, but a little bit more sunny. The
temperatures are not under +5 degree Celsius, the water has about 17
degrees C
*Things to bring*: sleeping bag, isolation-mat, lamp, if possible knife,
fork, spoon, plate, instruments, song lyrics, candle, love and peace. If
you don't want to sleep in a cave, bring a tent or tarp. In case of a hard
rain the places in the caves are not all completely dry and safe, and
maybe you have to sleep close together
*Costs*: On the base of gifts (Magic Hat). The biological farm sells us
fruits and vegetables for 1 to 3 EUR a kg.
*Way description *(see also the drawing in the attachment): If you come
_by plane_ to Malaga, go out of the arrival hall
and look for the busstation (signed with "BUS"), you have to go only some
steps. Take the bus line 19, bus depature about every 30 minutes. To the
driver say "Malaga" and pay 1 EUR. Leave the bus at the last
station (estacion de autobusses). Search there a bus to Nerja/Maro (Cuevas)
from the company "Alsina Graells" (red-green-white-busses). The
platform (number 37 ?) you find on the electronical information board in
the hall, also a counter from "Alsina Graells" to buy the ticket (about 4
EUR). I have even got the departure times: (every day): 3,15 am / 7,00 am /
8,15 am (not Sundays) / 9,15 am / 10,30 am / 11,00 am / 11,45 am / 12,30 am
/ 1,00 pm / 2,15 pm/ 3,15 pm / 4,30 pm / 5,30 pm / 6,45 pm / 7,30 pm / 8,15
pm / 8,45 pm / 9,30 pm / 11,00 pm. The travel time is about 80 minutes.
Get off in Nerja.
_For hitchhikers, wanderers..._: The bus station is on the main road N
340 close to the
valley of the Rio Chillar and the only petrol station in Nerja on the N 340.
_For car drivers_: In the drawing (see attachment) you'll see some
possibilities for parking. Please don't park your car in the valley of the
Rio Chillar! It's important, that the Rainbow remains unobtrusive.
_To go from the bus station_: Close to the bus station there is a
roundabout,from there go into the little street "Calle Joaquín Herrera"
(direction north-west). After a left turn go into the footway on the
right down
into the valley of the Rio Chillar). In the arroyo go right. After 2 km
you'll pass under a big motorway brige. 800 m further there is a
concrete company (there go ahead in the sand road). After 800 m further
you'll see a power pole on a concrete base, after this a little white metal
sheet house. Just after the power pole you'll discover a path of stones, go
up there. Follow the path and don't turn to your right. When you come on a
path with white grit, go up right. After 30 m you'll see on the left in a
distance of 50 m a big cave, reachable by a walking-path... Welcome home!

Welcome to the slow fasting-walk 13.-18.03.2008
_*At the beginning of a rawfood time it's advisable to fast some days
(for detoxification). On this slow walking-tour we'll make it collectivly.
*Way description*:
_In the afternoon of the 13.03._ we'll start on the Cala Chica ("little
beach"): This is the next beach (a little beach) behind Nerja in the
east. If you drive from Almeria to Malaga, please use the "N 340". Then
you come after Almun~ecar, La Herradura and Maro to Nerja. In Nerja go
on the third roundabout left (sign: "Apartamentos Nerja Bahia"), down to
the "Playa Burriana". If you are down, go left again (parallel-street to
the beach, direction east). When the street goes left, up the hill,
you'll see on the right side a little brook, this you have to cross
(there is normally only a little water in). On the other side of the
brook you see left some improvised steps; go up there. You come on a
path, go up, until you see a little white house. At about 20 m before
the house go to the right (U-turn!1) . After a little house you'll see a
potato-field, there go left. Then you come onto a bigger road; follow it
and go down right. Soon you will see on the right the little beach.
There are 3 paths to the beach; you will find a possibility.
_The first night_ we'll stay on the Rainow place (see Rawfood Rainbow
21.03.-06.04. above)

_*Bienvenido al Encuentro Arcoiris Crudi`voro del** 16. 03.al 08. 04.
2007*_
La base de este encuentro es, comer sin elaboración,tal cual la madre
tierra nos da:
hojas, flores, semillas, nueces, raíces y frutas... juntos a
hermanas y hermanos en el espíritu de amor... Acampamos en un lugar
apartado cerca de Nerja con agua potable y cuevas. Nin~os son
bienvenidos. ? Perros no, por favor!
*Alimentación*: Solo comida
cruda recogida del suelo y frutas y verduras de cultivo ecológico. Hay una
finca ecológica con muchas frutas y verduras al lado de la cala. ?Por
favor, no traer pan galletas, comida cocinada, cosas para cocinar, tabaco,
alcohol y drogas! Es bueno para curarse (detoxificación) de mantener la
dieta (solo beber agua) desde el inicio. Si hay interés, haremos un
grupo que
mantenga la dieta. En caso de que continu`es con la comida cruda, casi
todas las
enfermedades desaparecerán.
*Actividades*:
* Meditación (Gert)

* Comunidad Arcoiris Crudi`vora
* Visita guiada por la finca ecológica.
* Coleccio`n guiada de plantas comestibles
* Cómo montar un toldo para dormir
* Cómo hacer un cordón
* Esperamos que participen maestros de Yoga, Shiatsu, canto y otros.
*Cosas para traer*: tienda, saco de dormir, estera, linterna de
bolsillo, si es posible
cubiertos, instrumentos musicales, textos de canciones, velas, amor y paz.
*Costas*: donativos; las frutas y verduras cuestan de 1 a 3 EUR/kg.
*Recorrido* (gra`fico véase fichero de datos): Nerja está
aproximadamente a 50 km al
este de Málaga. Si vienes _con avión_ a Málaga, sal del terminal de
llegadas y busca la parada de autobuses, vera`s un cartel que dice "BUS"
a solo unos pasos saliendo del terminal.
El autobús para Málaga ciudad(Li`nea 19) sale aprox. cada 30 minutos y
cuesta 1 EUR.Id hacia la estación final (estación de
autobuses). Compra un ticket para Nerja ( 3.60 EUR. aprox.)y verifica el
ande`n de salida en la pantalla(usualmente 37 o 38)Incluso tengo el
horario de salidas (cada día): 3.15 / 7.00 / 8.15 (excepto domingos y
festivos) / 9.15 /10.30 / 11.00 / 11.45 / 12.30 / 13.00 / 14.15 / 15.15 /
16.30 / 17.30 / 18.45 / 19.30 / 20.15 / 20.45 / 21.30 / 23.00. El viaje
dura aprox. 80 minutos. m.fokken at gmx.de Si llegáis a
Almería, toma primero un bus para el centro y desde ahí salen buses
(datos de marzo 2007) a 6.30 / 8.00 / 10.30 / 13.00 / 16.30 / 19.00 / 20.30
/ 23.00 para Nerja. Baja en Nerja centro.
_Dirección con auto-stop_: La estaciónde autobuses se encuentra en la
carreterra
N 340 cerca del valle del Rio Chillar y la gasolinera en Nerja a la N 340.
_Dirección con coche_: En el dibujo encontrara`s algunas propuestas,
donde podra`s aparcar tu coche. Por favor no aparques en el valle
del Rio Chillar! Es importante que el Rainbow quede inadvertido.
_El camino desde la estación de autobuses_: Cerca de la estación se
encuentra
una rotonda, desde alli` entra en la calle pequen~a "Calle Joáquin Herrera"
(dir. Nord-Oeste). Después de una curva a la izquierda entra
por el camino de la derecha hacia abajo al valle del Rio Chillar.
Llegando al cauce dobla a la derecha, caminando rio arriba. Después de
2 kilómetros pasara`s
bajo un gran puente de autovía, 800 metros mas adelante vera`s a la
derecha una fabrica de hormigón; que`date en el cauce y toma el
camino de arena. Después de 800 metros mas vera`s a la derecha un poste de
electricidad encima de un pedestal de hormigón, detrás hay una casita
blanca de hojalata. Detrás del poste de electricidad encontrara`s una
senda de piedras a la derecha, su`be por ella. Sigue la senda y no tomes la
derecha. Si encuentras un camino blanco de grava, sube por la derecha.
Después de 30 metros vera`s a la izquierda a una distancia de 50 metros
una
cueva grande , accesible por una senda... ?Bienvenido a casa!
