HEALING-RAWFOOD
          RAINBOW

Hello dear tribe,                        
we changed the Rainbow-place (the Rawfood Rainbow had a nice start with 
more than 30 brothers and sisters!)! The new place is closed to the old 
place, but better... Here you find a way description to the new place:
If you come 
_by plane_ to Malaga, go out of the arrival hall and look for the 
busstation (signed with "BUS"), you have to go only some steps. Take the 
bus line 19, bus depature about every 30 minutes. To the driver say 
"Malaga" and pay 1 €.. Leave the bus at the last station (estacion de 
autobusses). Search there a bus to Nerja/Maro (Cuevas) from the company 
"Alsina Graells" (red-green-white-busses). The platform (number 37 ?) 
you find on the electronical information board in the hall, also a 
counter from "Alsina Graells" to buy the ticket (about 4 €). I have even 
got the departure times: (every day): 3,15 am / 7,00 am / 8,15 am (not 
Sundays) / 9,15 am / 10,30 am / 11,00 am / 11,45 am / 12,30 am / 1,00 pm 
/ 2,15 pm/ 3,15 pm / 4,30 pm / 5,30 pm / 6,45 pm / 7,30 pm / 8,15 pm / 
8,45 pm / 9,30 pm / 11,00 pm. The travel time is about 80 minutes. Get 
off in Nerja.
_For hitchhikers, wanderers..._: The bus station is on the main road N 
340 close to the valley of the Rio Chillar and the only petrol station 
in Nerja on the N 340.
_For car drivers_: In the drawing (see attachment) you'll see some 
possibilities for parking. Please don't park your car in the valley of 
the Rio Chillar! It's important, that the Rainbow remains unobtrusive.
_To go from the bus station_: Close to the bus station there is a 
roundabout,from there go into the little street "Calle Joaquín Herrera" 
(direction north-west). After a left turn go into the footway on the 
right down into the valley of the Rio Chillar). In the arroyo go right. 
After 2 km you'll pass under a big motorway brige.  Then you see 2 
valleys, please choose the right; don't go left! 800 m further there is 
a concrete company (there go ahead in the sand road). After  800 m further
you'll see a power pole on a concrete base, after this a little white 
metal sheet house. Just after the power pole you'll discover a path of 
stones, go up there. Follow the path and don't turn to your right. When 
you come on a path with white grit, go up right. After approximately 200 
m you'll see on the left an arrow and a path. Follow the path... Welcome 
home!

_*DEUTSCH:
 Falls ihr _mit dem Flugzeug_ nach Malaga fliegt, geht aus der 
Ankunftshalle raus und schaut nach der Bushaltestelle; sie ist 
gekennzeichnet mit "BUS". Ihr müsst bis zu der Haltestelle nur wenige 
Schritte gehen, wenn ihr direkt aus der Ankunftshalle rausgeht. Der Bus 
nach Malaga-City (autobus para Malaga ciudad) fährt etwa alle 30 Minuten 
und hat die Linie 19. Beim Fahrer sagt ihr "Malaga" und müsst 1 € 
bezahlen. Fahrt bis zur Endstation ("estacion de autobusses"). Sucht 
dort den Bus nach Nerja ("autobus para Nercha") von der Gesellschaft 
"Alsina Graells" (rot-grün-weiße Busse). Den Abfahrtsbahnsteig 
(vielleicht Nr. 37 ?) findet ihr an der elektronischen Tafel in der 
Empfangshalle angezeigt. Ein Ticket bekommt ihr für etwa 3,60 € beim 
Schalter der Gesellschaft "Alsina Graells" in der
Empfangshalle ("Para Nercha, solo ida"). Koffer und Reisetaschen müssen 
in den Gepäckraum gelegt werden; den seht ihr schon. Das Ticket beim 
Einsteigen dem Busfahrer zeigen. Ich habe sogar die Abfahrtzeiten
(täglich): 3,15 / 7,00 / 8,15 (außer Sonntags und Feiertags) / 9,15 / 
10,30 / 11,00 / 11,45 / 12,30 / 13,00 / 14,15 / 15,15 / 16,30 / 17,30 / 
18,45 / 19,30 / 20,15 / 20,45 / 21,30 / 23,00 Uhr. Fahrzeit ca. 80 
Minuten.  Wenn ihr in Almeria ankommt, nehmt erstmal einen Bus in die 
Innenstadt, und von dort fahren Busse (Stand März 2007; Änderungen 
möglich) um 6,30 / 8,00 / 10,30 / 13,00 / 16,30 / 19,00 / 20,30 / 23 00 
Uhr nach Nerja. Ausstieg in Nerja. 
_Für Tramper, Wanderer...:_ Die Bushaltestelle liegt an der 
Nationalstraße N 340 nahe dem Tal vom Fluss Rio Chillar und der 
Tankstelle in Nerja an der N 340. 
_Für Autofahrer_: In der Zeichnung findet ihr einige Vorschläge, wo ihr 
euren Wagen parken könnt. Bitte parkt nicht im Tal vom Rio Chillar! Es 
ist wichtig, dass das Rainbow unauffällig bleibt.
_Fußweg ab der Bushaltestelle_: Nahe der Bushaltestelle gibt es einen 
Kreisverkehr, dort geht in die kleine Straße "Calle Joáquin Herrera" 
(Richtung Nordwest). Nach einer Linkskurve geht den Fußweg rechts runter 
in das Tal vom Rio Chillar. Im Flussbett geht rechts, also 
flussaufwärts. Nach 2 km kommt ihr unter eine große Autobahnbrücke, 
dahinter seht ihr 2 Täler; bitte wählt das rechte und geht nicht links! 
Nach weiteren 800 m kommt rechts eine Betonfabrik; bleibt im Flussbett 
und nehmt den Sandweg. Nach weiteren 800 m seht ihr rechts einen 
Strommast auf einem Betonsockel, dahinter ein kleines weißes 
Blechhäuschen. Gleich hinter dem Strommast entdeckt ihr rechts einen 
steinigen Pfad, den geht hoch. Folgt dem Pfad und biegt nicht rechts ab. 
Wenn ihr auf einen weißen Kiesweg kommt, geht rechts rauf. Nach etwa 200 
m seht ihr links einen Pfeil und einen Pfad; folgt dem Pfad... Welcome 
home!
